1. Use of hydraulic shearing machine
(1) Start the blade machine of the hydraulic shearing machine to idle for several cycles to ensure that under normal circumstances, test sheets of different thicknesses from thin to thick, and ensure that the user is familiar with the performance of the hydraulic shearing machine blades.
(2) Different blade gaps must be adjusted for different plate thicknesses during trial shearing. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.
(3) Turn on the pressure gauge switch during the shearing process of the hydraulic shearing machine blade, and observe the oil circuit pressure value. When shearing a 12mm plate, the pressure should be less than 20MPa.
(4) The pressure is set at 20-22MPa when leaving the factory. The user must abide by this regulation and shall not increase the pressure for shearing materials that exceed the specified surface, causing damage to the machine.
(5) The sound should be balanced during operation. If there is any noise from the blades of the hydraulic gate shear, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
(6) When the blade of the hydraulic gate shearing machine is operated, the temperature of the oil tank increases to <60 degrees. When it exceeds, shut down and rest.
2. Operating procedures of hydraulic swing shearing machine
(1) Before work
a. Before the dry run test, the equipment should be turned manually for a working stroke, and the equipment can only be started after confirming that it is normal.
b. For equipment with hydraulic devices, check that the oil level in the oil storage tank should be sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check whether there are leaks in the valves and pipelines. The pressure should meet the requirements. Open the air release valve to release the air in the system.
(2)At work
a. It is not allowed to cut laminated sheets, it is not allowed to trim the edges of rough sheets, and it is not allowed to cut narrow sheets and short materials that cannot be pressed tightly.
b. The gap between the knife plates should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but should not be larger than 1/30 of the plate. The knife plate should be fastened firmly, and the upper and lower knife plate surfaces should be kept parallel. After adjustment, manual turning should be used for inspection to avoid accidents.
c. The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp. If the cutting edge becomes dull or cracked, it should be replaced in time.
d. When shearing, the pressing device should firmly press the sheet material, and shearing is not allowed in a loose state.
e. For equipment with hydraulic devices, other hydraulic valves except the throttling valve are not allowed to be adjusted without permission.
f. The thickness of the plate sheared by the hydraulic swing shearing machine should be determined based on the "Relationship Curve Between Sheet Ultimate Strength and Plate Thickness".
(3)After work
The upper blade should be placed in the lowest position.
